Reene' Ferguson is the owner of V Works Productions, LLC, a Michigan-based video production company that specializes in event videography, promotional and instructional videos, and television production.
Before tapping into the world of production, Reene' traveled with the world-renowned Ebony Fashion Fair models, being one of eleven selected out of 3,000 models nationwide. While traveling as a professional model, she appeared in Ebony, Jet, Ebony Man and other publications. Other credits include home shopping networks and runway modeling for major department stores.
She challenged her modeling career and became a spokesmodel for the North American International Auto Show. She toured the country for five years as a narrator for General Motors.
Reene' took a break from modeling to pursue a career in television. While attending Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts, Inc., she studied radio, television and video production. She graduated with plans to work in a big television station, but was discouraged by the menial entry-level positions that were available at the time. So she decided to start her own production company. She did some research, purchased equipment and taught herself how to run a video camera and edit proficiently.
Her efforts have paid off as she currently oversees the production and distribution of metro Detroit's popular television show, "Access Health & Fitness." Reene' plans to syndicate the show globally via the Internet and produce other exciting television programming.
